Exit D2, Lam Tin MTR Station
Safety Helmet and Reflective Jacket will be provided.
Visitors must bring their own Safety Boots.

To facilitate the East Kowloon Development, the Development at Anderson Road project involves the formation of about 20 ha of site formation platforms and associated slopeworks, requiring excavation by open surface blasting of approximately 1.5 million ma of rock.
The site is in an urban area, with many surrounding facilities that are sensitive to the effects of blasting.
Vibration controls on existing slope features and special types of protective measures used for the blasting works will be described during the visit.
Other geotechnical works including soil and rock slope formation and stabilisation, boulder stabilization work, and construction of retaining structures including reinforced concrete and reinforced earth walls will be seen in this visit.
